For all of you that registered for the Queen City Chow I know you have been watching and waiting to hear something due to the impending weather that is a result of the hurricane down south. I just hung up the phone with Tommy Loftin from Queen City. He told me that the show will be postponed till the 28th and 29th of October. The events scheduled on the 28th will be the tours and scheduled events that were to happen on Friday of this week. The show will take place on Saturday the 29th. This will include all events that would have taken place on this Saturday. Some of you may have seen the post from Keith Overcash on Facebook this afternoon alerting us to a possible change. Well here it is. The Queen City show dates are now October 28th and 29th. Please see the attached flier. If you cannot make these dates they will in fact issue a refund if you request it. That must be done in writing. Remember this is a rain or shine event going forward.
As for the club in light of the weather they are predicting please be safe.
